By creating an account or using Trail Tuner AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Trail Tuner AI provides mountain bike suspension setup recommendations, settings tracking, and service interval monitoring. Recommendations are generated as general guidance based on manufacturer specifications and rider-provided data — they are not a substitute for professional suspension service or manufacturer-specific tuning advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (rider weight, bike details, suspension components). Incorrect information may result in unsuitable recommendations. Always verify settings against manufacturer documentation and consult a qualified suspension technician when in doubt.
4. Strava Integration
If you connect your Strava account, you grant us access to read your activity and gear data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through the app or your Strava account settings. Service interval tracking is based on riding hours and mileage derived from your Strava activities and is approximate.
5. Paid Features
Some features (Tuner AI adjustments, Strava service tracking) require a one-off purchase. Payments are processed by Wix Payments. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Access to paid features persists for the lifetime of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
Trail Tuner AI, its design, and its content are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the application. User-generated content (bike setups, notes) remains yours.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trail Tuner AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from suspension setup recommendations or service interval notifications. Suspension tuning and maintenance involve inherent risks; always follow manufacturer guidelines.
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
